We are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items, in their original condition by post within 14 days of purchase with a valid returns authorisation code.

Please contact us at sales@wgasofficial.com to advise of your return and to receive your returns authorisation code.

Please return the item(s) by post and we will notify you once the item(s) have been received and inspected.

Please allow at least 5 working days from receipt of the parcel for your refund to be acknowledged or your replacement item to be sent.

We will notify you once the parcel has been received, and again once the refund has been processed.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
